Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy – ShopSaletè

Thank you for shopping with ShopSaletè. We value your support and want to ensure your experience with us is smooth and transparent.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products and the custom design process, all sales are final.
However, if there is a mishap on our end—such as receiving a defective or incorrect item—you may contact Customer Service at shopsalete@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order for review. We will gladly work with you on a resolution.


Returns & Exchanges (for Mishaps Only)

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange due to a mistake or defect on our part.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • Items must be approved for return before sending them back

Please email us at shopsalete@gmail.com to initiate a return. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Sales & Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges

If approved for an exchange, the fastest way to get your desired item is to complete the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Received the Wrong or Defective Item?

We sincerely apologize for any mix-ups. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, email us at shopsalete@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and email used at checkout

  • A description of the issue (wrong size, color, design, etc.)

  • Photos clearly showing the problem

We will correct all incorrect orders. If the product is defective, we will also provide you with a 50% off discount codefor your next purchase as an apology.
